Job Details

Role: Technical Delivery Manager

Location: Morristown, NJ (onsite)

Onsite

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of managing successful software development projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like FastAPI.

Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React.js, Vue.js, and D3.js.

Familiarity with DevOps tools like JIRA, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

Expertise in security practices, including encryption, access control, and vulnerability management.

Experience with data integration and engineering tools like Talend and Snowflake.

Ability to design scalable, modular, and extensible architectures.

Proficiency in implementing unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and NIST 800-53

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Industry Experience: Experience in transportation or logistics is a must.
