Montefiore's IT organization invests in the communities we serve through comprehensive programs connecting our patients with care and resources leading to improved health outcomes. Population Health has been part of the fabric at Montefiore since the 1990's- long before the need to move health care from the inpatient setting into the community was recognized as critical by our peer hospital systems.
Our Epic Care Connect team leads numerous efforts including giving patients access to their health information across multiple platforms that connect patients to services. We are seeking a Product Manager to support Epic products such as Care Everywhere, EpicCare Link, Patient Engagement solutions such as Telehealth, Epic mobile apps, and MyChart Bedside, community networks, growth and partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for mastering several Epic products & solutions, including:
EpicCare Link
Epic Care Everywhere
Epic Mobile Apps
Information Blocking Regulations, Interoperability, Data Exchange
Patient Experience solutions such as Telehealth, MyChart Bedside

Responsibilities include:
Manage a team of IT professionals.
Oversee and manage projects ranging in size, complexity, and scope.
Manage product requests.
Determine how changes impact the overall system and that of interrelated systems.
Responsible for the design and delivery of product solutions, ensuring that the end product meets stakeholder needs.
Oversee the design of workflow for new systems.
Participates in system go-lives.
Regularly speaks with clients to address and troubleshoot high-level issues. Works closely with the team to deliver high quality customer support.
Interface and work with other departments to identify and resolve issues regarding coordinated efforts to deliver solutions. Allocate team resources to other departments as needed.

Montefiore requires employees to reside within commuting distance to our offices in Yonkers NY, and to be immunized, including for flu and COVID.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Demonstrated experience managing an implementation team
Demonstrated experience managing projects in a healthcare setting
Product implementation experience
Knowledge of interoperability, interfaces, and integration
Excellent critical thinking skills
Strong desktop skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization
Ability to motivate team members
Ability to match team member skills to team responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

DESIRED:
Project Management Professional (PMP) experience/certification
Experience with any of the following Epic Modules: Care Everywhere, EpicCare Link

Epic certification is required for employment in Care Everywhere, EpicCare Link and MyChart. If candidate does not have upon hire, this is required within 3-6 months of start date.
*NOTE: Epic requires a prior certification as a prerequisite to the EpicCare Link certification.
