IT Service Delivery Lead Finance & HR Applications

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead to support and manage Finance and HR enterprise applications in a global, dynamic environment. This position is a great opportunity to work with executive stakeholders and play a key role in IT operations, integrations, and continuous improvement efforts.

This role requires someone with strong technical understanding of ERP Financials and HCM platforms, combined with solid experience in service delivery, vendor management, and business process alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT service delivery for Finance and HR enterprise applications

• Manage system lifecycle for ERP platforms like Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Epicor

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology needs and translate them into actionable solutions

• Oversee support, upgrades, and enhancements across systems

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance

• Support M&A initiatives and system integrations in global operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of IT experience in enterprise application delivery

• Deep expertise with ERP financials (NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Experience with HCM platforms (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning)

• Strong understanding of key Finance processes: P2P (Procure to Pay), R2R (Record to Report), O2C (Order to Cash)

• Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into IT solutions

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Hybrid role: 2 3 days onsite per week

• Location preference: Chicago, IL strongly preferred; Minneapolis, MN also acceptable

• Contract with high likelihood of extension
