Engineering Technical Specialist (Associate or Experienced)

The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Technical Specialist to join the F-22 Mission Systems team located in St. Louis, MO. This position is within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Fighters organization supporting the F-22 Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.
The engineering technical specialist plays a crucial role in a variety of engineering tasks, which include, but are not limited to: coordinating process documentation, assisting with visit and security paperwork for travelers, ensuring engineers have the necessary resources to perform their duties, facilitating data transfers, supporting the development and tracking of metrics, and undertaking additional responsibilities to support the engineering team.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Level Engineering Technical Specialist.
Position Responsibilities
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
Travel may be required <10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Experienced (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

- 2+ years' experience working with and/or coordinating across engineering disciplines to identify best practices and implement on multiple programs
