Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop training materials: user guides, quick reference sheets, video tutorials, and FAQs.
Deliver live and recorded training sessions tailored to various user groups (e.g., analysts, executives, operations).
Collaborate with BI developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to understand reporting functionality and user needs.
Create and maintain clear documentation for custom Power BI reports and dashboards.
Gather user feedback to improve training content and delivery.
Support onboarding and provide ongoing learning resources for new users.

Required Qualifications:
Solid understanding of Power BI from a user perspective (not a developer role).
Experience in instructional design, technical writing, or adult learning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
Familiarity with tools like Camtasia, Snagit, Articulate, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
