Position Title: Integration, Test, and Automation Lead
Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO

Description of Duties:
The Integration, Test, and Automation Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
Lead team in troubleshooting system anomalies.
Lead team in training execution, knowledge sharing and task management.
Have supervisory duties that include:
o Timecards
o Performance management
o Performance reviews.
Lead Program Increment Planning Events.
Own and manage control account management (CAM) duties for all labor and material control accounts within the functional area.
Participate in government partner meetings and communicate overviews with IRES teammates, to include briefing and responding to questions as required.
Oversee and manage hiring duties for the team.
Manage program risks.
The successful candidate will:
Have a strength in written and verbal communication skills.
Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. The selected candidate may be assigned as an employee for one of our teammate companies.
Basic Requirements:
Must have 7, or more, years of direct IT experience
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field.
Must have experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows.
Must have 2, or more, years working on the Missile Defense Space Enterprise Architecture (MDSEA), including the MDSEA Enterprise Ground Services (MEGS) environments.
Must have Scrum Master experience.
Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II, or higher, certification (ex: Security+).
Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
This position is expected to pay $150,000 - $180,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
