Summary
The Creative Operations Specialist is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of creative projects from inception to completion. This individual will be the connective tissue between creative strategy, agency partners, and internal teams, ensuring creative excellence and operational efficiency. You will be a champion of creative best practices, a master of organization, and a proactive problem-solver, ensuring that our creative vision is realized across all channels.
Key Qualifications
4+ years of experience with creative management, operations management, and/or equivalent support.
Prior experience working with digital advertising teams and a complete understanding of the creative development process.
Firm understanding of ad specifications and technical requirements for digital creative
Comfortable with building partnerships and working with cross functional teams across multiple business functions.
Extensive experience and knowledge of project management tools such as Airtable and Slack.
Flexibility and Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Highly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in Keynote a plus
Expeditious and great at always meeting deadlines.
Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated Media Operations Specialist to support the Advertising team. You'll be tasked with acting as our lead liaison with our internal creative development and production team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
End-to-End Creative Workflow Management: Oversee the entire creative process, from initial briefing and connection planning to asset delivery and performance analysis.
Creative Brief Expertise: Partner with strategy teams to ensure creative briefs are clear, concise, and actionable, setting the stage for impactful creative executions.
Connection Planning & Versioning Strategy: Understand the nuances of different media channels and ensure that the right creative versions are deployed for optimal impact.
Technical Expertise & Spec Management: Possess a deep understanding of creative specifications across various platforms and channels. Act as the point person for spec- related questions, providing guidance to both internal teams and agency partners.
Asset Organization & Management: Maintain a meticulously organized asset library within Airtable, ensuring easy access and proper usage of all creative assets.
Creative Best Practices & Oversight: Champion creative best practices, providing guidance and oversight to ensure all creative executions meet brand standards and performance benchmarks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with planning strategy, channel strategy, producers, and creative teams to ensure alignment on creative strategy and execution.
Problem Solving & Communication: Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks in the creative process, communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Creative Deliverables & QA: Oversee and support production to ensure creative deliverables are accurate, on-time, and meet quality standards.
Campaign Planning: Partner with the team to provide project management oversight and workflow ownership.
Education & Experience
BS/BA required; 4+ years of relevant experience.
