Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior UiPath RPA Developer to join our Automation team and drive end-to-end process improvements using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing, supporting, and optimizing RPA workflows while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to automate manual processes and enhance efficiency.

This role will involve both development and production support, focusing on ensuring high availability and performance of UiPath bots and orchestrator environments. Candidates with additional exposure to Blue Prism will have an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and recommend automation solutions using UiPath RPA.

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components.

  • Provide Level 2 support for UiPath bots in production analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLAs are met.

  • Monitor orchestrator jobs, queues, and environments, performing health checks and root cause analysis for failed automations.

  • Collaborate with business users and development teams to debug, optimize, and enhance existing automations.

  • Document known issues, support procedures, and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.

  • Support UiPath platform upgrades, patches, and migrations; conduct testing in UAT and production environments.

  • Participate in change management, deployment validation, and incident management processes using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.

  • Track automation performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development and support experience.

  • Proficiency with UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot.

  • Strong experience in incident management and root cause analysis in production environments.

  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification required.

  • Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding and UiPath Apps.

  • Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or other ITSM tools.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
