This role will focus on developing and optimizing the data systems that power our e-commerce platform, internal operations, and financial analytics.

You'll be responsible for building robust pipelines, integrating complex data sources, and driving initiatives that support decision-making across the business. This includes automating financial reconciliation, improving catalog accuracy, and helping us better understand our customers across a subscription-based rental model.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4 + years of data engineering experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
  • Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience automating data workflows
  • Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, S3, Glue, RDS, and Redshift
  • Deep experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
  • Strong grasp of subscription business models and tools like Stripe Subscriptions
  • Experience reconciling and validating data across multiple systems
What You'll Be Doing
  • Design and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting data from systems like Stripe, Google Sheets, and backend databases
  • Automate workflows and data transformations using Python and AWS services (Lambda, Glue, S3, RDS, Redshift)
  • Ensure data integrity and reconciliation across customer, financial, and catalog datasets
  • Collaborate with Finance and Ops teams to track key metrics such as revenue, churn, and subscription activity
  • Support both B2B and B2C e-commerce analytics pipelines, including product catalog syncing across platforms
  • Build internal tools, dashboards, and reports using BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
  • Support cross-functional teams with strategic insights, enabling data-driven decisions across departments
  • Bring together disparate datasets to produce coherent analysis that supports executive-level decisions

    The Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Remote-friendly role
  • Significant opportunities for career growth, learning, and working closely with a world-class research and engineering team
