Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution & Hands-On Delivery
  • Build, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical rigor and actionable insights.
  • Create, refine, and activate advanced audience segments based on customer behavior, profiles, and predictive models.
  • Configure and deploy personalized experiences across web, mobile, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize campaign performance through hands-on use of Adobe Target.

  • Measurement & Optimization
  • Establish success metrics for personalization and testing initiatives, and continuously refine based on outcomes.
  • Translate test results into actionable recommendations that inform business decisions and future campaigns.
  • Share insights and best practices with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of test-and-learn across the organization.

  • Leadership & Enablement
  • Mentor junior team members and evangelize personalization practices within the organization.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to maximize the impact of Target initiatives.
  • Contribute to governance frameworks that ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record in segmentation, multivariate testing, and personalization at scale.
  • Strong technical understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Analytics, AEP/RT-CDP, AEM).
  • Ability to design and execute advanced testing methodologies (multivariate, holdout groups, personalization algorithms).
  • Solid grasp of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support hands-on execution.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using statistical methods to evaluate test results.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience in retail, beauty, or consumer goods highly preferred.
