Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software applications and platforms. The ideal candidate has strong SDLC and application development project management experience, can work closely with engineering teams, and has operating systems and/or AI-related project experience. Front-end exposure is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SDLC delivery for application development projects from requirements through deployment and support
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects across design, development, testing, release, and maintenance
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams
  • Translate business and technical requirements into project plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issue escalation
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Track and report project status, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security, and compliance standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align technical delivery with business priorities

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in application development environments
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
  • Proven experience managing software/application development projects
  • Operating Systems or AI-related project experience (required)
  • Examples: AI/ML platforms, automation tools, GenAI solutions, system-level platforms, or OS-adjacent applications
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams (backend, platform, infrastructure)
  • Proficiency with project and Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
