Program Manager (Data Vault / CyberVault / AirGap Solutions Projects)

Role Summary:
Lead the strategic delivery of an air-gapped, immutable backup program to protect Tier-1 business-critical applications from ransomware, malware, and insider threats. Oversee solution design, engineering validations, business workflow alignment, vendor engagement, and successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall program vision, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and recovery objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (security, storage, application, compliance) to deliver solution designs and validate engineering approaches.
• Oversee vendor evaluations and coordinate with solution providers to select and integrate the most effective Data Vault / CyberVault / AirGap technologies.
• Establish governance for business workflows, clean room recovery validation, and ongoing operational processes.
• Manage program budget, schedule, risks, and executive reporting.
• Track and measure program success (RPO/RTO adherence, recovery validation, audit readiness).

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in enterprise program management for infrastructure, backup, DR, or security projects.
• Proven experience delivering multi-vendor technology solutions with strong engineering validation processes.
• Knowledge of immutable backup, WORM compliance, and air-gap architectures.
• Strong vendor management and business workflow integration skills.
