We're seeking a Senior Microsoft Engineer to lead the evolution of our Microsoft infrastructure, with a focus on Office 365 and cloud-first solutions. Your Role at a Glance

As a Senior Microsoft Engineer, you will:

Design & Strategy (50%)
  • Architect and implement robust M365 solutions and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and technical requirements
  • Drive system design efforts for both enhancements and new functionality
  • Ensure technical designs align with business goals, scalability, and future upgrades

Operations & Support (45%)
  • Serve as SME for M365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across front-end and back-end infrastructure
  • Lead efforts to migrate on-premises workloads to Azure
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, scorecards, and reports

Project Delivery & Leadership (5%)
  • Provide input on project scope and timelines
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge-sharing
  • Ensure adherence to IT standards, policies, and best practices
  • Partner with vendors, business units, and IT stakeholders on high-impact initiatives

What You Bring

Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 8+ years in IT with deep experience in Microsoft 365 administration
  • Expertise in SCCM, Intune, Azure, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Strong grasp of system architecture and infrastructure design
  • Proven ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and drive solutions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Active Directory and domain migration experience
  • Azure certification or Microsoft 365 certifications (MD-100, MS-700, MS-203)
  • Experience supporting healthcare or regulated environments
