Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive process improvements through operational and technological changes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes and workflows.

• Write clear, concise user stories in Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize features.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.

• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in business analysis and requirements gathering

• 5+ years of process improvement and documentation experience

• 5+ years writing user stories for development teams

• 5+ years of IT collaboration aligning with business goals

• 3+ years working with Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years with Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools

• 3+ years interpreting and applying government regulations/statutes
