Your Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site, while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage and resolve service requests efficiently and professionally.
- Contribute to and lead technical projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure success.
- Translate complex technical issues into clear explanations for non-technical clients.
- Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience supporting workstations in a server domain environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Microsoft Associate-level certifications (e.g., MS-700) are highly valued.
- Familiarity with compliance standards like NIST, CMMC, and GRC is highly valued.
- Experience working in an MSP environment, using PSA tools like ConnectWise Manage and RMM tools such as NinjaOne, Kaseya, or ConnectWise is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within compliance frameworks like CIS, NIST, CMMC, and GRC.
- Previous experience supporting and leading technical projects.
- Additional certifications in Microsoft, cybersecurity, networking, or cloud technologies.
