Job Details

The Intune Engineer will work with the CLIENT Enterprise Management/Intune team. They will help manage and support the deployment of over 20,000 CLIENT Intune/AutoPilot devices. Support includes strong technical writing, project management and expensive experience with many related platforms and skills.

JOB DUTIES (Detailed Statement of Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Extensive experience as an Intune Sys Administrator

o Building deployment profiles for Windows devices

o Creating Intune Configurations

o Intune Endpoint Security

o Creating Entra ID Cloud Groups (Dynamic and Direct Memberships)

o Managing large fleet of devices (20K+)

  • Extensive experience with related platforms and skills:

o Microsoft Intune

o Microsoft Entra/Azure ID

o CoreView

o Active Directory

o ServiceNow

o CA Unicenter

o Strong background in writing technical documentation

o Project Management

  • Will be expected to work in partnership with other teams to deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
  • Will be expected to work with multiple agencies on small, medium and large-scale projects and unique use-cases

REQUIRED SKILLS (Special Skill Set, Abilities, Knowledge):

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management, IT Customer Support, IT Service Delivery, IT Business Analysis, or other IT related fields. Experience working in state government is preferred but not necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), tools such as and Microsoft Intune.
  • Is knowledgeable with Windows domain and Autopilot devices.
  • Strong customer and team orientation with a focus on collaboration, an ability to work independently, and a high level of professionalism and quality.
  • Willingness to grow and learn with a new IT team in a cutting-edge technology discipline
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; with the ability to effectively relate and communicate at all levels, including explaining technical matters in business terms.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet implementation schedules and minimize schedule conflicts.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Years Experience, Certificates):

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience desirable.
  • Mobility Platform Certifications (Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra/Azure AD) optional but preferred
