Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer/Admin
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Type: Contract on C2c
Job Summary:
As a PeopleSoft Developer with Admin responsibilities, you will be part of an Agile team working on building and enhancing healthcare applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with PeopleTools and must adhere to industry-standard coding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and enhance a PeopleSoft CRM system used for Utilization Management.
- Participate in full SDLC activities including enhancements, customizations, and integrations using PeopleTools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation Design docs, Unit Test Scripts, RCA for defects, etc.
- Actively contribute to PeopleTools product lifecycle including upgrades and patching.
- Ensure high-quality design, implementation, and performance of PeopleTools-based applications.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server schema design and database interaction.
- Perform system and real-time user monitoring using tools like AlertsSite, IPMON, and Dynatrace.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud services and Kafka is an added advantage.
