Title: Kronos Application Ecosystem Specialist Onsite Millsboro, DE

About the Role

ChabezTech LLC is seeking a Kronos Application Ecosystem Specialist to join our internal project team and take ownership of the Kronos (UKG) Workforce Central / Dimensions environment. The ideal candidate will have deep configuration and administration experience across multiple Kronos modules and thrive in a hands-on role with direct business interaction.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize Kronos Workforce Central / Dimensions applications.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Manage integrations between Kronos and payroll, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms.
Conduct testing for upgrades, patches, and new features.
Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and process flows.
Train HR/Payroll end users and provide ongoing operational support.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years hands-on Kronos Workforce Central / Dimensions administration & configuration.
Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, and Leave modules.
Experience with payroll/HRIS integrations and troubleshooting API/interface issues.
Proficiency in SQL for reporting and data analysis.
Ability to work onsite in Millsboro, DE.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or large-scale workforce environments.
UKG Pro or other HRIS platform experience.
