Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Security Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP security roles and authorizations across a diverse SAP landscape, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and more.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of SAP security best practices, regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and hands-on experience with SAP GRC. Familiarity with SAP Fiori spaces and pages administration is a plus. The position will be heavily involved in defect resolution, role updates, and security configuration as part of a large-scale SAP transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve security and GRC-related defects identified during program execution.
Design, develop, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations in line with business and compliance needs.
Perform user administration, role provisioning/deprovisioning, and access reviews across SAP systems (ECC, S/4, BTP, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant SAP configurations.
Conduct risk analysis and remediation using SAP GRC Access Control in coordination with audit teams.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence related to SAP security controls.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and access violations.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP security administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and technologies (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, BTP, SuccessFactors, IBP, Ariba).
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
- Understanding of SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- SAP Security or GRC certification.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions and Fiori Spaces & Pages.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and integrations.
