Job Details

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of SAP FSM Consultant, to work on a remote basis.

As an SAP FSM Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and configuring SAP Field Service Management in the S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have techno-functional SAP FSM experience, with expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules. The consultant must have completed at least one project for SAP Field Service Management in an S/4HANA environment and possess strong knowledge of business processes in after-sales and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional expertise in SAP Field Service Management (FSM), focusing on configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FSM solutions.
  • Implement and configure SAP FSM in the S/4HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
  • Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate the functionality and performance of SAP FSM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to SAP FSM configuration and integration with SAP SD and CS modules.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP FSM with SAP SD module through SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other integration methods.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP FSM functionality and usage.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive years of experience as an SAP FSM Consultant or similar role, with expertise in SAP SD and CS modules.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience implementing SAP FSM in an S/4HANA environment, with at least one full project implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes in after-sales and service, including service order management and field service operations.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into SAP FSM solutions.
