6 Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software, Agile, Scrum, Microsoft Project,
Jira, or similar applications.
7 Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, technologies, and deadlines, while maintaining a proactive
and solution-oriented approach.
8 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and
issues in a timely manner.
9 Certifications, PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are a highly preferred
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our Grady IT team. As an
IT Project Manager, you will be managing of over 30 ongoing IT projects within the hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
1 Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of IT projects concurrently, ensuring their successful
completion within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2 Collaborate with IT teams, hospital staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements,
assess feasibility, and define project objectives.
3 Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, deliverables, milestones, and
resource allocation.
4 Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, risk registers,
change requests, and other relevant project artifacts.
5 Coordinate project-related activities, such as scheduling meetings, arranging resources, and ensuring
necessary equipment and infrastructure are available for efficient project execution.
6 Monitor project progress, identify any deviations from the plan, and proactively communicate and escalate
issues for timely resolution.
7 Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring clear expectations,
regular updates, and alignment with project goals.
8 Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, ensuring adherence to financial and resource
management guidelines.
9 Conduct quality assurance activities, such as reviewing deliverables, performing tests, and ensuring
compliance with relevant IT standards and policies.
10 Contribute to post-project evaluations, collecting feedback, identifying lessons learned, and suggesting
process improvements to enhance future project outcomes.
