We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead to design, develop, and manage integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive hands-on experience with APIs, and a deep understanding of integration patterns. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration architecture, lead technical delivery, and ensure alignment with business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for MuleSoft and API-led connectivity within the organization.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to integration developers.
  • Manage API lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and monitor APIs and integrations.
  • Work with architects to define system architecture and integration patterns.
  • Ensure all integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for MuleSoft applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Maintain documentation for integration processes, standards, and guidelines.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft, including Mule 4 and Anypoint Studio.
  • 2+ years in a technical lead or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, RAML, SOAP, and JSON/XML data formats.
  • Experience with API management, orchestration, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of integration design patterns such as sync/async messaging, queuing, etc.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Salesforce integrations is a plus.
  • MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect) preferred.
