The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in OIC, a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and OFSC APIs/integration points, and a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable integration solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to architect solutions, resolve challenging technical issues, and ensure seamless data flow across the Oracle ecosystem and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Serve as the subject matter expert for OIC, focusing on integrations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud (Service, SCM, Financials, etc.) and Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).

Develop complex integrations utilizing various OIC adapters (Fusion Apps, OFSC, REST, SOAP, File, DB, etc.), connections, lookups, mappings, and error handling frameworks.

Implement diverse integration patterns including real-time APIs (REST/SOAP), scheduled orchestrations, file-based data integrations (FBDI), and event-driven integrations.

Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and data flows between systems.

Translate functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications for OIC integrations.

Architect scalable and maintainable integration solutions adhering to best practices for performance, security, and reliability.

Perform hands-on development and configuration within OIC, including complex data mapping and transformations.

Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges related to OIC integrations, data consistency, and performance bottlenecks.

Develop and execute unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT), and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for integration components.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integrations, including design specifications, mapping documents, and operational runbooks.

Monitor integration processes, manage error notifications, and implement performance tuning strategies.

Stay current with OIC advancements, new features, and emerging integration technologies within the Oracle ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience focused primarily on designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Demonstrable deep expertise with the OIC platform, including its various components, adapters (especially Oracle Fusion, OFSC, REST, SOAP, File), features, and best practices.

Proven experience building complex integrations specifically between Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and other systems (including OFSC and third-party applications).

Solid experience integrating with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) using its APIs and understanding its integration capabilities.

Strong understanding and practical experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, WSDL, XSD, JSON, and XML.

Experience with various data integration patterns (API-led, batch processing, event-based) and handling large data volumes.

Proven ability to analyze integration requirements, architect technical solutions, and document designs effectively.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical integration issues.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously.

Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Professional Certification (OIC).

Functional understanding of key Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Service Cloud, SCM, Financials) and OFSC processes.

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) concepts.

Experience with other Oracle PaaS services (e.g., API Gateway, Streaming).
