Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to oversee and enhance our organization's technology operations. This role involves aligning IT infrastructure with business goals, ensuring optimal performance, and leading a skilled team of technology experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute IT strategies that align with organizational objectives and long-term business goals.
Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Assess and recommend appropriate server hardware configurations to meet operational needs.
Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and network protocols, to ensure data security.
Manage and administer software and operating systems, including Windows platforms, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online.
Configure and maintain Microsoft SQL Server, including database management, backups, and recovery processes.
Oversee Windows system administration tasks such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and mail relay services.
Design and maintain network architecture, including switches, routers, access points, and VPNs.
Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering growth and development.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
Proven expertise in project management and delivering complex IT initiatives.
Strong knowledge of server hardware, configuration, and maintenance.
Extensive experience with cybersecurity protocols and network administration.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server, and related technologies.
Familiarity with Cisco and Dell technologies, as well as cloud and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, backup technologies, and configuration management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
