Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. This role requires a skilled individual with expertise in managing complex projects, leveraging modern tools, and ensuring successful delivery within established timelines. Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Utilize Atlassian Jira to track progress, manage workflows, and maintain transparency across teams.

Coordinate CRM and ERP systems to optimize resource allocation and operational processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization.

Facilitate clear communication across teams, addressing issues and ensuring alignment.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a contract-based role.
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in project workflows.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, including IBM platforms.
Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and their implementation.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial processes.
Exceptional communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Background in construction-related project management is a plus.
