Description
We are looking for a talented Innovation Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves exploring cutting-edge technologies to create innovative solutions and improve existing processes through hands-on prototyping and development. As part of our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, you will contribute to exciting projects in areas like AI, machine learning, blockchain, and user experience design.
Responsibilities:
Develop and prototype innovative solutions using modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and execute on loosely defined requirements.
Conduct hypothesis testing, reverse engineering, and solution architecture to validate ideas and concepts.
Create and maintain technical documentation and project summaries to communicate findings effectively.
Contribute to the design and implementation of small-scale technology pilots to test new concepts.
Utilize coding languages like Python and TypeScript for development tasks, with optional experience in Go or Java.
Leverage tools like GitHub, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence to support project development and collaboration.
Present results and findings to stakeholders through clear and engaging demonstrations.
Foster a user-centric approach, ensuring solutions align with end-user needs and expectations.
Stay informed on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of experience in SaaS cloud application development, rapid prototyping, or innovation labs.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript; familiarity with Go or Java is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
Experience with tools like GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and development.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud technologies (e.g., Azure or AWS), and innovation-driven environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
