Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with another developer to manage and support a portfolio of applications of varying sizes.
- Develop enhancements and modifications to existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
- Engage in rewriting legacy VB applications into newer technologies to align with current IT standards and practices.
- Participate in minimal application support tasks to ensure smooth functionality across all platforms.
- Utilize skills in VB, C# .Net, and Blazor to build robust applications and solutions.
- Implement and integrate APIs and utilize DevOps and Azure for continuous development and deployment processes.
- Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge and best practices, while also staying updated with new trends and technologies in software development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in VB, C# .Net, and Blazor.
- Strong background in API integration and management.
- Experience with DevOps practices and Azure platform.
- Knowledge of React and Oracle is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to elicit and gather requirements effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Local candidates preferred, willing to work on-site as required.
Pay Range: $42.00 - $50.00 hourly
