Location: Southeast Region (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay range:$45.27-$64.67/Hrs

Description
* Possess 4-8 years of experience in development operations.
* Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
* Understand the software development life cycle.
* Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
* Support clients efficiently in critical situations.
* Meet all expected service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and troubleshoot technical issues with various software tools.
* Operate comfortably in command line interfaces on multiple operating systems.
* Develop and maintain automated build and deployment processes.
* Communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
* Utilize project and scope tracking tools effectively.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
* 4-8 years of experience in information technology management.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with different system development life cycles.
* Knowledge of banking and finance domain.
