About the Role:
The team is responsible for content design and publishing on the digital side (primarily UL.com). They work with already approved content and currently have a significant backlog, so they are seeking an additional resource to support page building and publishing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Publishing content on UL.com using Drupal (Drupal 10 currently in use)
Reviewing and executing approved content briefs and intake forms
Building pages and layouts using company best practices
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including marketers and the UX team
Managing multiple content projects at once, including follow-ups with cross-functional teams
Ensuring published content meets quality standards, SEO/UX best practices, and compliance guidelines
Using CMS and front-end tools to build high-quality content (80 90% of the time in Drupal)
Required Skills & Experience:
5 7 years in a digital content management or production role
3+ years of experience working in Drupal (Drupal 10 experience is ideal)
Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (Drupal preferred)
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS
Familiarity with SEO principles and UX best practices
Experience in a regulated industry is a plus (to understand compliance and approval workflows)
Graphic design background or visual/layout understanding is helpful
Experience working in matrixed organizations and with backlogs of digital content
Freelance experience is acceptable
Strong project planning and multitasking skills
