• Drive the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform and integrated technologies.
• Lead the design and implementation of robust technical architectures, including complex system integrations and authentication protocols.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Champion and implement leading practices for Salesforce configuration and custom development.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to system interfaces and development processes.
• Translate strategic goals into tangible technical solutions, working closely with management and business stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain and document program code and procedures to ensure system stability and knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to the research and analysis of system solutions to identify optimal approaches.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Platform Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), and data modeling.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and authentication methods
