Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of source data to understand its structure, quality, and relationships

Extract data from various sources such as legacy systems, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring completeness and accuracy

Transform source data into formats compatible with SAP systems, applying necessary mappings, conversions, and validations

Load transformed data into SAP systems using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring data integrity and adherence to defined standards

Perform data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies

Document data conversion processes, mappings, and procedures for future reference and auditing purposes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, business analysts, and IT professionals to ensure successful data conversion outcomes

Investigate and troubleshoot data conversion issues, providing timely resolution and escalation as needed

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in data conversion methodologies and tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Strong understanding of data management principles and techniques

Strong Excel and working experience of PowerBI required

Familiarity with SAP systems and data structures

Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages

Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Data Services or other data integration tools

Knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA

Understanding of SAP data migration best practices and methodologies

Certification in SAP or related technologies is a plus

The salary range for this role is $57,500 to $72,500 or the hourly equivalent.
