Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on React Lead with strong expertise in front-end development and working experience with .NET Core on the backend. The candidate will lead front-end initiatives, design scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of React-based front-end applications with best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and services built with .NET Core.
Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
Stay updated with modern JavaScript, React ecosystem, and .NET Core advancements.

Required Skills
Primary Expertise: React.js, Redux/Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Backend Knowledge: Working experience with .NET Core (C#).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integration patterns.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to lead front-end design decisions.

Preferred Skills
Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).
Unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, xUnit/NUnit).
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
