Title: Oracle EBS HR Developer Payroll & Time and Labor
Location: Onshore (U.S.) Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HR Developer specializing in Payroll and Time & Labor modules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS, with proven experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Payroll and Time & Labor solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS HRMS customizations, reports, interfaces, and extensions (RICE components) within the Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to support payroll processing, time capture, and labor costing integrations.
Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures, APIs, and Fast Formulas to meet business needs.
Perform system testing, validation, and deployment following standard development lifecycle practices.
Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and migration activities.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, user guides, and support manuals.
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS HR Developer with a focus on Payroll and Time & Labor.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS 12.1.x / 12.2.x modules.
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflow.
Expertise in Fast Formulas, Element Configuration, Balance Definitions, and Timecard Rules.
Experience with Payroll runs, costing, retro pay, and statutory reporting.
Strong understanding of integration with other Oracle modules (GL, AP, OTL).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
