Job Title: Sr. Project Manager (Business PM)

Location: San Antonio, Texas - On Site (4 days/week onsite + 1 day remote)

Role Type: Contract 1 year

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects aligned to strategic business goals. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering programs on time, within budget, and to scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, financial management, and change leadership across business and IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple interrelated projects to achieve overarching program goals.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Monitor program progress from inception through delivery, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, performance, and schedule.
• Build and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
• Stay informed on industry trends, business conditions, and internal practices impacting program delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing business projects, including Agile development environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in business management processes and controls.
• Strong background in financial management, including tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives or business transformations.
• Proficiency in Clarity or similar portfolio management tools; experience with capacity planning and resource management is highly desirable.
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on execution and results.
• Experience with Clarity, JWM, and other PM Resources
