Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies including PI Planning
Drive program-level execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and capabilities aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Business Owners to manage backlogs, dependencies, and risks.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile practices and SAFe principles.
Partner closely with technical leads, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment between delivery and technical strategy.
Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional technical teams to support solution design, integration, and delivery.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor and report on ART performance metrics, including velocity, quality, and delivery timelines.
Identify and remove systemic impediments to flow and delivery across teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

*** Manager is looking at a mid-late January start for this candidate. Manager will be going to India on 12/15 for 3 weeks so she wants to conduct the first round Webex interview the week of 12/8 and if that candidate does well, they will schedule the in-person final interview the first week of January. Candidates must be willing to work through that timeline.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
