Job Details
Position: AI/ML Lead Software Engineer - W2 Role
Location: Jersey City, NJ / Plano, TX (Onsite)
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI/ML requirements for anomaly detection.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain computational models for debit transaction anomaly detection.
- Perform data analysis, generate insights, and identify key behavioral patterns.
- Design and implement statistical and probabilistic models to enhance anomaly detection accuracy.
- Apply backtracking and advanced ML techniques to improve anomaly reduction.
- Work with classification, clustering, and time-series modeling algorithms for anomaly prediction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.
- Perform ongoing performance monitoring, validation, and fine-tuning of deployed ML models.
- Prepare documentation, visualizations, and reports for technical and business teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science roles.
- Strong coding experience in Python, R, or Scala with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, regression analysis, and variance modeling.
- Experience with anomaly detection (supervised, unsupervised, hybrid).
- Exposure to Generative AI implementations.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Spark, or other big data frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience deploying ML models in production (MLOps) preferably on AWS.
