PBM Business Analyst-Fully Remote

Our direct client, a major healthcare insurance company is seeking a PBM focused Business Analyst, with specific expertise in healthcare eligibility, benefits and integrated accumulators to support our client with a PBM implementation and operations effort.

The selected candidate will assist our client with data centric projects, and interact with their SME-s to ensure requirements are gathered and met. The selected candidate will have the responsibility to ensure that the business's need for changes to processes, policies and/or information systems are identified, understood, defined, documented and acted upon by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, specifying and verifying the needs of business or user. The incumbent assists in the gathering and synthesizing of business requirements for low complexity software, systems, processes and/or services and translates them into specifications ensuring the business objectives are met. Interprets business needs and issues by gathering, eliciting, creating, analyzing, documenting and validating the Business area-s user and/or technical (functional/non-functional) requirements. Collaborates in the creation of project plans to define, organize and schedule requirements management and development activities. Facilitates requirements analysis and verification sessions. Participates in the tracking and management of open issues and assists in planning for resolution. Participates in development sessions and design reviews in order to ensure design meets user requirements.

This position is 100% remote and can be staffed anywhere in the USA (EST working hours are required).
