Position: Systems Engineer (Various Levels)
Location: Ft. Meade, MD
Salary Range: $150K - $240K ANNUALLY
Clearance: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph - issued by NSA (National Security Agency) required
Job Description:
We are seeking Systems Engineers at multiple levels to support critical government projects at Ft. Meade, MD. These positions require an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and involve applying systems engineering principles across all phases of the system lifecycle-from concept to retirement. You will work directly with government stakeholders, address complex technical challenges, and ensure the successful delivery of engineering solutions to meet mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Engineering Activities: Perform a broad range of tasks including system specifications, architecture, design, and integration, all in line with industry standards.
- Technical Alternatives & Recommendations: Analyze technical alternatives and provide actionable recommendations to enhance system design and operational efficiency.
- Work Product Development & Delivery: Develop and deliver critical work products, such as requirements analysis, design validation, and system integration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status and technical aspects effectively with government stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
- Supervision & Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of contractor engineers and technicians, ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Systems Engineer Level 2: Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience OR High School/GED with 4 years of systems engineering experience.
- Systems Engineer Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience OR High School/GED with 10 years of experience.
- Systems Engineer Level 4: Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience OR High School/GED with 14 years of experience.
- Systems Engineer Level 5: Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience OR High School/GED with 19 years of experience.
- Systems Engineer Level 6: Bachelor's degree with 20 years of experience OR High School/GED with 24 years of experience.
