Seeking a Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) Subject Matter Expert with hands-on test script experience to support an enterprise-wide Lawson to Workday transformation project.
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Workday SCM Analyst to join their implementation team. This role will focus on requirements gathering, system configuration, test script development, and knowledge transfer activities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both Lawson and Workday SCM modules, with a strong emphasis on testing methodologies and documentation. This is a hybrid role requiring some on-site presence.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain systems, including both Lawson and Workday platforms
- Strong expertise in Workday SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Supplier Management
- Experience in cross-mapping Lawson data elements to Workday data elements
- Proven track record in developing and executing test scripts and test scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience with User Readiness Review (URR) processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic project environment
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting end-user training
