Job Details

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Olive Branch, MS
We are also hiring for a Mechanical Engineer to design and support innovative manufacturing equipment and processes that achieve safety, uptime, and yield goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and review manufacturing equipment and parts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
  • Create innovative solutions using CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, and more.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Conduct failure analysis and develop corrective actions.
  • Define performance requirements for quality and reliability.
  • Manage project Bill of Materials and source required parts.
  • Develop documentation, including SOPs and troubleshooting guides, for equipment maintenance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles (materials, statics, thermodynamics).
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs, assembly, and diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with modern manufacturing techniques (CNC machining, welding, injection molding).
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience creating detailed manufacturing drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with mechanical and environmental testing.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or
  • Associate degree/Certificate in Mechanical Design
