Role: Microsoft Purview Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage data governance policies and procedures using Microsoft Purview.
• Configure and maintain data catalogs, glossaries, and lineage tracking within Microsoft Purview.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to users on Microsoft Purview functionality and best practices.
• Assist in the development of data management strategies and roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including configuration, administration, and usage.
• Resource Trained/Certified on MS Purview.
• Solid understanding of data governance principles, metadata management, and data cataloging concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications and experience in data management or Microsoft Azure technologies and SQL are a plus
