Job Title: Project Manager ( Digital Media & Content Creation Project)
Location: Onsite Thousand Oaks, CA This role blends strong project management expertise with creativity and digital insight to deliver high-impact communications that engage, inform, and inspire internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Management
Lead the end-to-end management of communication and digital media projects from concept through execution ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Establish and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dashboards to track progress and performance.
Corporate Communications Leadership
Partner with business leaders to develop cohesive, audience-targeted messaging that supports enterprise priorities.
Ensure consistent communication standards, tone, and brand voice across digital and corporate channels.
Plan and execute internal campaigns that reinforce key corporate narratives and elevate organizational reputation.
Digital Media Strategy & Delivery Oversee the creation and deployment of digital media assets including web content, newsletters, social posts, videos, and infographics ensuring they align with project objectives and engage target audiences.
Manage the integration of digital communication platforms and tools to enhance visibility, collaboration, and storytelling impact.
Use analytics and dashboards to measure reach, engagement, and effectiveness, translating data into actionable insights.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals and progress.
Support digital upskilling and adoption across teams, promoting best practices in content creation, collaboration, and platform use.
Apply organizational change management (OCM) principles to drive adoption and sustainment of communication initiatives.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Leverage new technologies, digital media trends, and feedback loops to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve visibility, and enhance the employee and stakeholder experience. Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing communication and digital media projects in a corporate or enterprise setting.
Exceptional writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Stream, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other digital collaboration and design tools.
Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives.
Strong project management capabilities with familiarity in Agile or hybrid methodologies.
