Job Title: Production Support Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Support Analyst to join our team. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application/system issues in real time to ensure optimal service availability and performance. The ideal candidate is required to be 4 years to 7 years experienced in managing critical applications in a high-pressure production environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quick incident resolution.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in production support, application support
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and command-line tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.
- Knowledge of job schedulers like Autosys, Control-M, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Nagios, Grafana, etc.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.
- Basic scripting skills (Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
- Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
