RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA Analyst. This role is hybrid in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:
* QA Analyst will analyze requirements and design test cases to validate software functionality
* Execute manual test cases and document results
* Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
* Collaborate with developers and QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
* Validate fixes and perform re-testing
* Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and requirement analysis
* As a QA Analyst, you will ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices
* Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing
* Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools
* Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
