Job Details
Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on QTC Testing Manager/Lead to lead the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation program. who will serve as the single point of accountability for all testing efforts across the program. You'll be responsible for defining the test strategy, building detailed test plans, and driving execution across 11+ workstreams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Think of this person as player/coach not a people manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall testing strategy and planning across 11+ workstreams and 14+ organizations.
- Write and execute test scripts - must be comfortable rolling up sleeves and doing the work.
- Lead end-to-end testing across front-office and back-office systems.
- Lead all phases of testing: functional, integration, UAT, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Support and guide internal testers, especially those who need extra help or direction.
- Track and report testing progress, metrics, and risks to leadership.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication, including reporting out at a macro level.
- Ensure test coverage across a complex tech stack including Salesforce/CPQ, Zuora Billing, Ironclad, and NetSuite.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Sprint environments (currently in Sprint 2 of 7).
- Drive testing efforts through sprint-based delivery (currently in Sprint 2 of 7).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience creating and executing the testing strategy for QTC implementation.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce (especially CPQ) - this is the most critical system.
- Experience with QTC processes across multiple systems and integrations.
- Strong back-office testing experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora RevPro, and NetSuite**IDEALLY NETSUITE OVER ZUROA SINCE DELOITT WILL BE DOING THE TESTING FOR ZUROA**
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise testing efforts
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams and complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Strong understanding of testing metrics, organization, and communication best practices.
