Shift Information:

  • Monday-Friday, Remote position with EST alignment.
  • Pay range starts at $65+/hr!
  • 6+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:

  • Position is primarily responsible for owning and operating production cloud infrastructure with full end-to-end accountability, including live Kubernetes environments, reliability, availability, and on-call support.
  • Position will also be responsible for infrastructure provisioning and automation, cloud networking, security, observability, incident response, and cost optimization across multi-cloud environments with an Azure-first focus.
  • Position will be in charge of driving measurable reliability and performance outcomes, including platform upgrades, autoscaling, monitoring, SLO/SLI tracking, RCA execution, and clearly documented impact at scale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree is required!
  • Expert-level cloud infrastructure experience with Azure as the primary environment, plus hands-on exposure to at least one additional major cloud platform is required!
  • Expert-level infrastructure as code and containerization experience, with deep hands-on ownership of production environments, is required!
  • Strong Kubernetes operations experience at scale, including provisioning, upgrades, networking, security, autoscaling, and incident response, is required!
  • Proven experience with observability, monitoring, logging, reliability engineering practices, and measurable production impact (MTTR, MTBF, latency, cost savings) is preferred!
  • CI/CD pipeline ownership, secure secrets management, and cloud networking fundamentals (private connectivity, ingress, and traffic protection) are preferred!
