Project Overview:
Join a high-impact team working on the Guidewire Admitted Cyber Project, a large-scale initiative within the P&C insurance domain. The focus of this role will be on the Integrations track, supporting seamless communication between Guidewire systems and external/internal platforms. You will collaborate with two existing Senior BAs already embedded in the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering and facilitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Author user stories, maintain product backlogs, and ensure business needs are clearly translated into functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and integration teams to ensure seamless execution of Guidewire-related integrations.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, especially around Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
Support Agile delivery cycles using Azure DevOps (if available), including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership for your assigned workstreams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in complex enterprise or insurance environments.
Bachelor s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
Guidewire Associate Certification in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter Mandatory.
Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows and terminology.
Proven ability in writing detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing scope changes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to grasp technical concepts.
Good to Have:
Experience with Azure DevOps or other Agile lifecycle management tools.
Previous work on insurance integration projects.
