Project Overview:

Join a high-impact team working on the Guidewire Admitted Cyber Project, a large-scale initiative within the P&C insurance domain. The focus of this role will be on the Integrations track, supporting seamless communication between Guidewire systems and external/internal platforms. You will collaborate with two existing Senior BAs already embedded in the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and facilitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Author user stories, maintain product backlogs, and ensure business needs are clearly translated into functional requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and integration teams to ensure seamless execution of Guidewire-related integrations.

  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, especially around Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.

  • Support Agile delivery cycles using Azure DevOps (if available), including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership for your assigned workstreams.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in complex enterprise or insurance environments.

  • Bachelor s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Guidewire Associate Certification in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter Mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows and terminology.

  • Proven ability in writing detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing scope changes.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to grasp technical concepts.

Good to Have:
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other Agile lifecycle management tools.

  • Previous work on insurance integration projects.
