Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects within GxP-regulated environments, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

  • Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables using waterfall methodology.

  • Oversee end-to-end release planning and execution, ensuring all deployments follow regulatory and organizational requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Business to align on project goals.

  • Track and monitor project progress, report status updates, and escalate issues to leadership when required.

  • Manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining adherence to GxP validation and documentation processes.

  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain proper release governance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years in GxP-regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences).

  • Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

  • Hands-on experience with release management in regulated environments.

  • In-depth understanding of waterfall methodology and SDLC.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
