Job Description:
The AgentForce Sales Cloud Tech Lead will play a critical role in providing technical leadership, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of advanced Salesforce Sales Cloud and AgentForce implementations for enterprise-scale clients.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee application support, enhancements, and production for AgentForce Sales Cloud solutions.
Lead design, architecture, and technical solutioning for scalable Salesforce environments.
Translate business requirements into effective AgentForce platform implementations.
Mentor and guide development teams with code reviews and technical best practices.
Direct technical roadmap planning and ensure continuous improvements in Salesforce solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud & AgentForce platform.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP integrations.
Experience in Salesforce architecture, production support, and enhancements.
Strong leadership in managing onshore/offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with deployments, security, workflows, automation, analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
