Qualification:
- 8+ experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in the Wealth Management domain
- Experience with SQL, Data Analysis, and Data mapping.
- Relevant industry experience- Broker-Dealers, MF companies, Asset Managers, TAMPs.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss and elicit business requirements from the stakeholders.
- Document the requirements/ business process flow in the form of user stories
- Communicate the business requirement to the development teams
- Help the development teams by doing data profiling and identifying sources for specific data elements
- Resolve the development and QA team queries about the business requirements
- Perform the first level of business validation post-development to ensure the development is as per the requirements
- Demo the developed functionality to the business users before UAT and capture user feedback
